  1. I actually do, it seems hard in the beginning but it gets easier.  It just seems overwhelming because there is so much to do and so much to remember, but as time goes by and you get more experience it will get easier.  It is pretty much a routine and once you get the hang of it you should be fine.  Just don't stress and over think everything, just pay attention to what you are doing and you should breeze through the day.  Good luck.

  2. Jessica is exactley right. If it's coorporate or even if it's not all they want is for you to do it their way. Don't over think it and don't get stressed if you s***w something up. Big coorporations PLAN on loosing thousands of dollars per week! It's just buisness as usuall so just do like they tell you, keep your ears and eyes open and after the first week or 2 (even less time if your smart) you'll have it down pat! If this is your FIRST prep job just remember it's a lot of work but when you start to feel real pressure, it's only a job and if you can get one there are MILLIONS more where that came from, I've worked at Fridays, Applebees, Red Lobster, Uno's chicago grille, Outback they are all the same. They just want it done their way. It actually involves very little real thinking what you need to do is in a few years when you know the ropes, open your own resteraunt. OH! btw, When you here them say "all day" like "we need 4 lofes (looves?) of pumpernickle bread all day" that means 4 alltogether. Thats the hardest thing ur gonna have to know.
