Has anyone worked at Famous Dave's BBQ?

I'm looking to apply there, but wanted some input.. I'm going to be working there part time as a waitress... Were tips good??

The tips are probably average since the prices are average...I love famous daves! so good

I have eaten at a famous dave's in Kansas City! A specific restauraunt doesn't have a specific tip range! Does it?

Oh, and being a waitress is hard! I tried to one time...ugh!

I have a friend who works at one in Michigan and LOVES it!! he says the company is like a family and has good standards. he's been there for almost 4 years.
