Has anyone worked for Lowes in Gwinnet County, Ga? Is the company dishonest or is it just the retail stores?

I've seen great people who did a really good job for several years; then someone, for whatever reason decides that they want them gone. I've seen them set up to fail. I've alsohad a couple of friends who had their official termination date changed - between their exit interview - thats dated & their Separation Notice that's filed with their State Dept labor 3 weeks later. I know this has got to be illegal, but they don't know what to do.
