Has anyone worked with Diakon foster care?

I would like to begin foster parenting, and I was wondering if anyone has worked with Diakon foster care services. Thank you! Please share your experiences.

While I do not have experience with Diakon "foster care", we did speak to Diakon Lutheran Services in PA when we were first gathering information on Adoption.  The only thing that seemed relatively different with them was that they required 8 weeks of parenting classes on top of all of the other requirements.  I am supportive of parenting classes but they were far enough away from us that it did not make their program feasible for us.  Then we met our son's bio grandparents and proceeded with an identified adoption.

It's a good agency. One of the few really decent agencies around, in terms of ethics.

Not free to say much more than that, but... yes, keep them in the running if you want an upright agency.
