Has anyone worked with direct tv or any satellite company??

i have an interview with the company tomorrow buu my question is if the job its hard i know it might be complicated and stuff , but is it like hard to do the job??

  1. intalling satellites is quite easy..my dad owned a satellite shop for almost 10 years. Its pretty basic..you mount the dish, point it in the right direction and get a good signal, lock it down, run cable into the house if it doesn't have any, hook up the receiver, and set the customer up with what package they want..thats basically all there is to the instillation part..it that helps any


  2. If you are coachable you can learn to do anything. Give yourself more credit and don't worry about if it's hard to do  the job. Hope that the job challenges you to do your best, and you succeed.

  3. You're get a training with all the information you need. You're ging to have a support on line for any har questions, you're going to have scripts which will tell you exactly what to say to cm and what technical steps to take according to the type of call. It'll take you one month to feel you fit in and then you'll be leaning new things everyday. It's pretty challenging but they'll give you all tools to handle it. Good Luck!
