Has anyone worked with or know about Trans Ocean Photos? Are they good or Bad to work for?

I have worked for them since 1996. I have spend over 10 years on cruise ships working for them and still I do some paperwork for them.

Yes they are good to work for. Even though you have to pay a lot of things out of your own pocket they money they pay of good. Even better than on some ships using their own "in-house" photographers. You have a lot of freedom and if you're good you can make it to Photo Manager on board your own ship. Or you could try getting a job in one of the shore side operations.
