has anyone under 25 ever won one of the megamillions or powerball games or some other game with a prize of over 50 million

I belive someone has... i saw it on a tv show once...they basically blew most of their money.  sad.  i think it was called "the curse of the lottery".  I dont play but if i for some reason would win i definatly would not be on YA!!!  :)
