  1. Wow that's an interesting site. I will take a closer look later. Are you interested in the Brahmi oil particularly?

Brahmi oil is famous in India for head massage.

I have certainly used Ayurveda. I'm living in India and there are thousands of doctors and clinics here.

If you were to use Ayurveda you might visit a doctor and get medicine and a diet plan . He would take your pulse to diagnose you. Or you might read some books, understand your own constitution and take a diet and lifestyle according to that. Or you might go to a nice Ayurvedic clinic in India, some 5 star ones in south India and get pampered with lots of massages and different treatments using oils to detoxify and rejuvenate your body. It might take 2 weeks or longer to do that therapy. What else can I say? Ayurveda is an ancient science. Apart from the web see some books. Local library may have also. Vasant Lad and Dr David Frawley wrote some good ones. Ayurveda means the science of life. It is one small secton of the very large Vedas of India. The most ancient scriptures. Would you like to read about spirituality and philosophy from the Vedas? You can find many things on this website.

  2. I have seen this oil used (I am a massage therapist) and really see no differences or miracle cures.  The therapy is in the massage itself.  Oil may help with dry scalp conditions, and some fragrances for aromatherapy can help with some things, especially relaxation or headaches(peppermint).

You can get the same results from normal massage oil.  The Kama Sutra line has wonderful fragrance, and is fun to use with a loved one.
