  1. Hasn't happened to me but I do know that it is possible

  2. no but you should still use condoms.

  3. That is why they have PLAN B

  4. I am the mother of two, and while I like to think of them as suprises, the pregnancies were both results of failed birth control products. I think it was just devine intervention, because both methods were supposed to be 99.9% effective.  I was using the Nuva Ring with my first, after having taken the pill for almost 10 years, and then after switching I was pregnant 2 months later.  After my first child was born I had an IUD implanted and it was expelled after just 4 or 5 months (was supposed to last 5+years) and I also learned I was pregnant again.  I know condoms aren't fail safe, but even when using a birth control method, if you really don't want to chance a baby, I suggest using a back up method as well.  Good Luck!
