Has clomid worked for anyone and when?

I did 2 rounds of clomid and didn't end up pregnant, but had good folicle results.  I hadn't been producing mature folicles and the clomid took care of that.  I actually had 5 mature folicles the first month, so the next 2 times they dropped me down to half that dose.  The lower dose gave me about 2 each time, which was perfect.  The problem was that my lining was getting thick enough to take an implanted egg.

I believe that my doctor said, the clomid blocks the estrogen receptors... and I need the estrogen to make my lining thicken.

Yes! I took one round of 50mg for 5 days in April, and got pregnant right away...first time using it! I'm now 15 weeks along with no problems. Results vary for everyone though.

It worked for my sister--she just had a baby in May!  She had three miscarriages and then tried Clomid and it worked first t ime no problems!  I wish you well in this.
