I gave birth a year ago and still so depressed about my millions of stretch marks. I've been using Palmer's Cocoa Butter and wonder if I am just wasting my time. I guess I need some encouragment so maybe one day I will see some of them fading. So tell me, has it helped you? how often do you put it on and for how long before you noticed a difference?

  1. im sorry to bust ur bubble but stretch marks are permanent...they'll fade away with time....by time i mean years

  2. For post pregnancy marks cocoa butter will be of little help as they only fade them away slightly but the marks remain visible. I used cocoa butter for my post pregnancy stretch marks and it was not that helpful even after using it for two whole months. I switched over to "Stretta" from Zenmed, which I must say is specifically designed for removing stretch marks and toning the skin. It did clear my stomach of these marks in three weeks time.

Stretta helps to remove the outermost layers of dead skin cells and nourish the cells deep within your skin. It is a highly recommended product for getting rid of stretch marks developed due to pregnancy, weight gain or body building.

Something very important that you should remember about treating and preventing stretch marks are, that you need to follow a few easy rules. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Drinking good amount of water is important because it ensures your body and tissues are properly hydrated. It also helps to remove toxins from the body. Your diet should also include healthy foods like fatty acids, such as fish, and protein and citrus rich foods like fruits, nuts and vegetables.

You could also use my discount code "zen4less", in case you decide to buy this products and save around $7 on the actual price.

  3. yea i now that they have one you just need to go look. it does work

  4. YES! I use the butter stick and there was a definate improvement in days. It hasn't been as effective on my deeper, older strech marks, but there is a difference. The newer ones are much better though.

  5. Fresh stretch marks appear initially as red lines and then slowly fade to a pale white color over the course of several months. Below is the link regarding Stretch Marks.

  6. Nope. Only stri-vectin has worked for me.

  7. To make the marks less visible, even out the skin tone of the affected using papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are available online. These work wonders.

Maybe it will work on you too.
