No he hasn't shown one bit of concern and he isn't going to clear it, he's going to leave it to the next president to clear it. I can't say if Obama has ever told of a plan to clear it but I think whatever the plan if he has one will be very difficult to carry out and take an extremely long time, since several trillion is a lot of money.

No I don't think he has expressed publicly a concern for the debt.  He must feel it is justified...

No, because nobody wants to admit that they're at China's beck and call.

Oh, and the deficit is more like 9.6 trillion.

And no, there is no concern in any official press releases or addresses.
