I have seen it, but never lived in or around it.  I don't like snow.  I do know a few people who have never seen it!

Come to Edmonton,Alberta,Canada.. we still have at least 2 feet of it laying around...

Yes, I have but only a dusting here. That sucks too because I love the snow.
