It has become a living for a lot of people printing forged passports. Wait until the government wastes another 90 billion on I.D cards, it will give them even more work.  You've got to love these dumb politicians...Jo Bloggs puts his thumb print on an I.D card so he must be Jo Bloggs...did it ever occur to anyone that he may not be? Thousands come into Britain every day with no papers at all...they are all Jo Bloggs.
