Yes it has snowed in El Salvador.  The highest mountain, Cerro El Pital, is 2,730 meters (8,957 feet) has had snow during their winter season. You can see the snow in this photo of Cerro El Pital published by the  Ministry of Tourism, El Salvador, 2005
