Has my conjunctivitus gone...?

Question

i woke up with conjunctivitus this monday... i got ointment on tuesday morning.... there was hardly any goo around my eyes wednesday evening and my eyes felt better with no goo on thursday... is it gone now.... i have used my medication every morning and night.... do you think it would be gone because my eyes arent swallen anymore and theres no goo at the corner of my eyes..... can i use make up or shall i give it another day?
