Yes... It's not gonna hit and the world will hopefully be better and more highly industrialized.

An asteroid is going to miss earth by some 18,000 miles...below the orbit of some satellites. It will be visible to the naked eye (brighter than most stars!) from some parts. Other than being a real cool event and a once in a lifetime opportunity to see an asteroid, nothing to worry about.
