Has onyone any knowledge or experience of Hotel Marignan in the Latin Quarter?

I am considering it for my first visit to Paris next year, it seems well priced and has kitchen facilities which is appealing as I can then spend more on sight seeing and night life than meals!

I suggest you read the reviews on Tripadvisor (http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-... )

They seem generally positive. Remember this is a budget hotel.
