Has preseed helped any to conceive?

Question

I am thinking of trying preseed this month for the first time. I am curently on Clomid (150mg) and I thought hopefully this will help us with TTC. I have been on Clomid for 5 cycles now with no luck so I'm praying this will make a difference. Has this made a difference for anyone or anyone that they know? Thank you for any advice!
