Yes Rybka has been beating many times although rarley in matches consisting of multiple games. The reason why Rybka lost to Zappa was because both maschines were not playing at full streanght, which favoured Zappa.

In terms of people beating Rybka, I recently spoke to a gm who sais he beats it every about 2 in 15 games(blitz), yet some of those are do to faults in the programing(the gm said that the computer thought it was won, yet made a terrible move dropping a pawn, and resigned on the next move).
