Has someone made a set of videos that completely cover how to do things in times of emergencies?

People often have community and church meetings to help people know what to do in case of emergencies, such as earthquakes, tornadoes, and national systems breakdowns, but is there a set of videos that explain this completely. This would be good to have to use on a portable video player that we could carry in our 72 hour kits.
