Has technology made us worse?

Is it just me, or has technology made us humans less sociable and more impatient than ever.

Think about how much stuff we do on the internet. We buy music on the PC rather than go to the store, we do banking on line rather than go to an actual bank. We email people now rather than give them a telephone call.

Also, with the advancement of technology, has it made us more impatient?

think about it. ten years ago, we would have been happy if we were connected to the internet in 5 minutes, now with cable hookups, we panic if we aren't connected in 30 seconds.

Also, with technology doing almost everything for us, has it made us less healthy? We used to have to push lawnmowers ourselves only 30 years ago, now we have gas powered ones and ride on lawn mowers.

And i think text messaging and Instant messaging has made our English skills worse.

ppl might want instant gratification...sometimes the best things are real live interactions with relatives and friends..

I think it has to be honest.... I mean we spend too much time on the internet, watching tv or IM'ing people instead of doing actual things with our friends, or reading books etc. Our imaginations are ruined because of it!

yes it has: it has made us lazy, addictive, and selfish.
