Has terminal five-Heathrow- improved?

Im due to fly from terminal 5 in a few weeks, are there still major problems with baggage control and stuff?

It was a huge disaster however now it's fine.

i went through about 4 weeks ago.  its was fine.  its not working at full capacity so we found check in was fast (though we did only use the bag drop as we had already done online check in at home).  and our bags were fine, infact coming back it was the fastest i have ever been through an airport. once we were off the plane we had our luggage ans were on a bus home in 30 mins.  

the terminal itself is good, plenty of shops and cafes.

Yes, it was chaos when it first arrived but you wont have any problems now.. all good !!

Good question which I want to know the answer to too. I'm flying through Heathrow next week and I'm so worried I'll lose my luggage or that my flight will be delayed!! I hope the previous answerer's experience happens to me too
