Has the 3rd season of Instant Starcome out on DVD yet? Will the fourth come out?

Where can i buy seasons, 1,2 and possibly 3 and 4. I am like obsessed with the show and I was wondering where i could get the seasons. If you happen to know if they have any CD's that would be great, but not my main concern. THANK YOU!!!!!
