Has the Original Night Stalker ever been caught?

I just watched the Cold Case Files episode on A&E of the Original Night Stalker (also known as the East Side Rapist) and I was wondering if he was ever caught. The episode aired in 2003, so I thought he might have been caught since it was put on TV.

It doesn't look like it..... I just check the web and found several message boards devoted to the "original night stalker"  this is the A&E discussion board   http://boards.aetv.com/topic/Do-You-Have...  from the date on the first post 9/5/08....they are still discussing who this person might be....
