This is a fact. If the Queen visits your establishment you will have to install a toilet to the requirements of the Palace. After she has been and gone so to speak! The toilet is destroyed.

Andrew M is quite correct. When HM visited the company I worked for in the 70`s a toilet block was built specially for her, although it wasn`t destroyed after her visit.

I would think if it happened it would be documented. In fact, I'm surprised it hasn't been documented in  a private situation. I once read an article talking about how the Queen missed church that week because she was sick :( It was really weird.
