Has the advent of 24 hr multi channel TV broadcast killed social interaction irreversibly?

well i am in INDIA and 36 yrs of age..we saw the rush of new age TV in 1992 when i was abt 20...i really miss the days of no day time TV waiting for the 9 O' clock news and the easy paced weekly entertainment packages

Todays Movie actors r hardly stars ne more..TV actors rule the roost ..as it is the line is really vanishing

Vote for the call to get back to 4 hr a day evening TV broadacast..howsoever stupid or impractical i might sound !

AGREE! wholeheartedly. tv has killed interaction, integration, integrity, ingenuity, initiative etc.

the mind has become more mindless with too much tv.  so we must bring it back to reality.

but reality is dominated by $$$ of these companies. advertising revenues give the big bosses 3 to 6 months bonuses.  so who wants to stop it?
