No real answer BUT at the north and south poles ice is turning to water.  Volcanoes are turning liquid in to rock

no, since the water cycle began the amount of water on earth has not changed. but what has changed is the distribution of that water.

Since creation, the amount of water in Earths environment has increased.  In that time, 100's of thousands of frozen meteor's and meteorites have entered our atmosphere and left behind water in all 3 forms.
