Has the back2life been FDA approved for treating low back and hip pain?

It has supposedly undergone extensive testing and has been endorsed by senior orthopedic surgeons and physiotherapists in USA and around the world.  I know that  Dr, Jarrow MD, JD, Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA endorses it personally.  However, Dr. Darrow, has never published any article in a reputable peer-reviewed journal supporting the claims made in the infomercial.  I serached the FDA database for this device and couldn't find it.  It usually takes a few years for something to become approved.
