  1. um yes. every team has im sure. you did mean shut a team out right, since getting a shut out means not letting the other team score. or did you mean have they ever been shut out? either way yes.

  2. Are you serious? It's Clevelandd, of course they've been shut out heck they probably are at the top of the list for teams that have been shut out the most.

  3. Every team in the NFL has gotten shut out at least once in their lifetime.

  4. They had great defenses in the 40's and 50's with lots of shutouts.

They've not been as good since but they have had lots of shutouts over the years.

Don't judge the franchise by their current defense.  It's dreadful

  5. Uh yeah...Try the Tim Couch era, not all that long ago...less than 10 years ago, they sucked...before the Charlie Frye/Derek Anderson/Brady Quinn era

  6. They will get one Sep. 7th. against the Cowboys.

  7. Of Course they Have and The Dawg Pound Get Pissed Off when that Happens.

I realize that there's only like 2 in modern times. But all the people out there who say the Browns have never gotten a shutout victory, are full of **** (no pun intended).

Actually, to the suprise of many, the Browns have actually registered more shutout victories, than shutout defeats.

    All-time Shutout victories: 28

    All-time Defeats by Shutout: 22.

  9. Yeah when they scrimmage each other. They suck. Go Cowboys!!!!
