  1. I agree with the Toronto media who have an expectation that Sundin should stay.  Given the fact that he refused to leave, even to go to a contender with a shot at the cup, leaves the expectation that he is going to return.  If he was considering leaving anyway, why wouldn't he waive the no trade?  If he leaves now, it actually looks more like he was trying to s***w them over rather than remain loyal.

  2. this is old c**p, by old i mean like week-two week old stuff.

Mats will not leave Toronto and he will be back next year to play another season.

Fletcher will end up being GM next year now that Armstron has decided to go to st.louis and they have been refused permission to talk to nieuendyk.

Mats and Fletcher are good friends, after all Fletch brought him to toronto and i think he will keep him there.

  3. If he leaves Toronto, he is going to go to a Western Conference team. I'm think Anaheim, San Jose, Dallas, or Detroit.

  4. I bet you any money he is going to Ottawa!

  5. I heard he is going to the Rangers!!

  6. If he's planning on leaving, he should have left at the trade deadline.

This is not going to help his TML legacy, particularly if he ends up with a big rival like the Sens or Habs.

  7. Detroit. Hes gonna be the newest member of the Swedish connection

  8. The Red Wings have quite a bit of cap room for next year and could easily bring in someone like Mats, would be a slap in the face to the Leafs though after refusing to be traded at the deadline.

  9. Come on Mats go to the Rangers so we will officially have no more room for center men.
