Has the intercontinental championship become a joke?

Because i mean it was ok when y2j had because he was actually pretty good. But i mean i like kofi kingston but i think they should give him awhile before his first title. He's got alot of potential but give him awhile. and on one episode of raw Jamie Noble said that he has the potential to be the intercontinental champion. And look who has it now. Santino.... g*y

I think that both the Intercontinental and U.S. championships have become jokes there's no really good talent to make the belts worth anything I mean Kofi Kingston and Shelton Benjamin were good but Santino is worthless and won't do much with the belt

Kofi deserves it. And Santino has had it before and Santino could get beaten by a girl but he has good mic skills and somewhat ok wrestling skills. So I'm good with Santino having the IC Title because Im a fan of his and so as of Kofi. =]
