Has the lawsuit regarding Obama's eligibility to run because of his birth place, been ruled on by a judge yet?

I guess the answer so far is, "not yet". I don't think I care to blindly believe the supposition. I'll wait for the verdit. Remember OJ, it didn't turn out like we expected.

Check out http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/... which states they have seen, examined, and scanned/photographed the original birth certificate and affirm its validity.  Note that the original allegations are based on author and liar Corsi.  This lawsuit will be thrown out shortly.
