Why is the MSM protecting Barack Obama?

Barack Obama's stunning assertion in a recent speech that the U.S. needs a "civilian national security force" that would be as powerful, strong and well-funded as the half-trillion dollar Army, Marines, Navy and Air Force is not included in published transcripts of his prepared remarks.

In the July 2 speech in Colorado Springs, Obama insisted the U.S. "cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we've set."

Campaign officials have declined to return any of a series of WND telephone calls over several days requesting comment. Nor have they posted a transcript of the speech on their website.

The lines are not included in a transcript of the prepared remarks published by the Denver Post and Wall Street Journal.

The CFR, Bilderberg group, &/or Trilateral Commission . Bill Clinton furthered their interests by signing NAFTA . Which by the way, is not a law or a treaty, and the terms of which could be renegotiated at any time.

Rudy Giuliani is a CFR member. Mitt Romney is a CFR member. Hillary Clinton is a CFR member. Barak Obama is a CFR member. The Council on Foreign Relations seems to dominate our government, Democrat or Republican! All of the "top tier" candidates are CFR puppets, with only one exception, RON PAUL. The CFR has been promoting one world government since the orgaization was founded in 1921.

The leaders of Time, Newsweek, Fortune, Business Week, and numerous other publications are CFR members. The organization’ s members also dominate the academic world, top corporations, the huge tax-exempt foundations, labor unions, the military, and just about every segment of American life.'

(My note: It is no wonder that the media calls those who call out CFR members "conspiracy theorists," given that they are themselves CFR members.)

'Does it not seem strange to you that these men just happened to be CFR and just happened to be on the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, that absolutely controls the money and interest rates of this great country without benefit of Congress? A privately owned organization, the Federal Reserve, which has absolutely nothing to do with the United States of America!'

and Newell continues to write: 'Not every member of the CFR is fully committed to carrying out Edward Mandell House’s conspiratorial plan. Many have been flattered by an invitation to join a study group, which is what the CFR calls itself. Others go along because of personal benefits, such as a nice job and a new importance. But all are used to promote the destruction of U.S. sovereignty. ' "

Media merged with the govt a while ago. The fluoride-drinking sheeple don't get it yet and still gobble up every bit of propaganda spewed out of the idiot box.

Isn't the reason for 2nd amendment rights for the every reason that the Fathers saw this happening? Can you say "BLACKWATER"?

Is any of this stuff waking up the Obama followers, or are they still drinking the koolaid. I'm not for Obama and from where I sit, he's looking a whole lot different than he looked a year ago.

My friend, Patriot Act appears to have made USA already a police state. The FISA has strengthened it.

George Bush is a decent person and is capable of providing great leadership. He thinks that he is doing the best for USA but unfortunately, exactly opposite result occurs almost always. Iraq misadventure has resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths and total destruction of a country. Now he can not withdraw as he will be blamed for a second Vietnam.

Take the case of Afghan war. He created a situation in which Taleban is put to great trouble which helps Iran.

Take the Saddam's removal. It has helped Iran.

James Risen has written how his intelligence agency door-delivered nuclear technology to Iran.

Oil price has increased 7 times in his time as President which has economically strengthened Iran. Iran has made new friendship with Russia and China which are right now protecting Iran.

George Bush should have initiated an atmosphere of debate and discussion before taking actions. He is blessed with inefficient and dumb aides and advisors like Condi and d**k and Scott. He needed brilliant people to guide and advise him. Somebody said, 'when the administration has a d**k and a bush, it is f***ed'.

Barack can do the job very well provided he chooses his advisors very carefully. He should avoid taking Hillary Clinton as VP. I would suggest that he may take John Edwards as the running mate.

Well, I am not fully clear on what Obama is suggesting, my hope is for a civilian  force trained not to do combat but to respond to natural disasters fires, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes...  

Something like Hasbro's Action Joe (alias G.I.Joe).

It probably would be nice to have a force of civilians to help offset a pollible coup by the military. I believe that is what is called for in the 2nd Amendment when it says the citizen should have a right to possess a weapon for self defense..
