  1. The moon has not changed much in the last couple of billion years.  Full moon (or any given phase) occurs each 28 to 29 days.  Check your calendar.  Make your own systematic observations, as opposed to random observations.

  2.   The moon does not act everything it does is serious.

  3. No, it hasn't. It can't; it's against the laws of physics. Sometimes it rises early, and sometimes late, and it's about fifty minutes later each day. There have been no more full moons than usual, one per month.

  4. teh moon's rising setting and phases have been understood for thousands of years.

    your observations are mistaken.

  5. My guess is its because you've been working the night shift and are experiencing fatigue.

For the rest of us, the moon is full about once every 29.5 days, rising about 50 minutes later each day.  The tides (if you are near the ocean) follow it like clockwork.

The moon may appear big when near the horizon.  That is because the objects on the Earth can be seen in comparison to it.  When the moon is high in the sky, it is difficult to get a feel for how big it is, so it just appears its "normal" size.

I hope that sheds some moonlight on your mystery.
