Has the olympics (besides athens) ever been in the same city twice?

Also,

In a game based on the olympics of 2008 they said no olympics had ever happened in Africa.

Correct me if im wrong but isnt the stadium in Solmalia (also portrayed in Black Hawk Down) where a olympics happened at some point?

No Olympics have been held in Africa, that is correct.

They've been held in London twice, and London will be the only city to get it a third time in 2012.

yes london has had it twice, and as soon as 2012 rolls around it will be 3 times making it the city to have held the olympics the most.
