Has the rose colored glasses come off to late?

me and bf been together 4 yrs.. 2 yrs ago he asked me to marry him..but would not tell any one.so i figured and i was right that i was like the 2 other girls before me.. he ask and did not mean it..so i said we would be friends.but i had been married 19 yr before i divorce and my bf was the one i got with after the divorce..not the one to cause it//i was not running around..so i was use to a husband not a bf.. so i treated him like a husband when he moved in.. he got full use of my credit..now i am filing chapter 7.. i know he is not the marring kind and will never marry.and i no longer wish to marry him.but now i see him as a selfish person who put his drinking and weed before he gets his kids xmas gifts or birthday gifts..thing is should i wait until my lawyer is paid off before i get rid of him..he would never help pay for all he help make..but buy keeping him here a few month i could pay the lawyer off quicker,since 2 of my pay check makes the rent?

Run Dear, very fast. They can only take you down with them. And this one is a guaranteedd let ya down kinda guy. You had better go to legal aid for childsupportt issues among others. He will be a problem. You have made it so easy for him to hang around. Wake up and smell the coffee. It is time to be proactive. Call your Domestic Abuse council.

Cut your losses, and bail out now. It will ONLY get worse. Tell the landlady what happened, and pay her...but do NOT sign another year's lease with him!
