Question:

Has the term "abolitionist" ever been applied to abortion opponents?

And was the term "pro-choice" ever applied to those who opposed slavery but did not want it outlawed?

And more importantly, would these labels be accurate in the "transplanted" contexts? Why or why not?

Are there any other contexts in which the usual labels, "pro-choice" and "pro-life," could be applied?

This is a serious question, designed to clarify people's views on the issue, and the language used. thanks
