  1. yes

  2. Do you all want to live under the threat of terrorism all your life.Theres a job to be done and it's got to be finished however long it takes

  3. All wars have gone on for too long...

  4. Yes.. They're telling us to get out.

  5. we were there too long the very second we landed. there were no iraqis on the 911 planes. bush family is in the oil buisiness. thats only reason we r there. he lost in 2000

  6. Yes.

This whole war thing is so stupid!!! Seriously. Sometimes we all forget that we are in a war! We don't even hear about it on the News anymore!

  7. I'm not sure it's appropriate to call it a war any more. It was mismanaged when Rumsfeld was DOD, probably protracting things by a year or two, but otherwise has gone as counterinsurgency operations generally do. And many of them have lasted decades, so taken in perspective, it could have been shorter but also could be a lot worse.

  8. h***s yes

  9. That "war" became an occupational stabilizing force some time ago, right after the surge worked.

Or do you not watch CNN?

  10. h**l yes

  11. YES YES YES! it should have never started. bush screwed us over, he said they have weapons of mass destruction and they didnt. he LIED.

  12. Way to long, it is time to bring the troops home.

  13. Yes, plus we invaded the wrong country. Also, Iraq didn't want our help. How can we help a country that doesn't want help? It really isn't our business to mess with the affairs of Iraq unless it directly involved the U.S. So, yes, we have been in Iraq too long because we weren't even supposed to be in Iraq.

  14. At first I was opposed it but now I'm starting to see it.  There's so much progress being made...we're not going to be in there too much longer.

  15. I think it is very difficult to define too long. Can we just walk out and leave that country in shambles or is it our duty to be sure that they can defend their people themselves before we leave.  Remember what happened in the killing fields in Vietnam.  If left defenseless, we could leave Iraq open to invasion by Iran, the Al-Quida, Taliban or any other terrorist country or group.  I want our troops home too but I think it is too soon right now.

  16. yes

  17. "its hard to tell how long that war would last [Iraq] 6 days, 6 weeks, I doubt 6 months"

    - Rumsfeld

    so YES

  18. Only until we finish the job.  However long that takes.

  19. Yes, the war is actually over as declared by President Bush (and apparently we won).  Now we need a comprehensive plan and a time line for removing our soldiers, while maintaining the safety of the people of Iraq.

  20. h**l yes,i'm against war.

  21. Get used to it. It has to be the biggest mistake in USA history. Our children's children will suffer from it.

  22. Nope. We're making so much progress. We won't be in too much longer.

  23. Yes, we went in and destroyed the infrastructure of the country, we should have got that sorted out long ago. We should have also destroyed the murderous insurgency in the country with the manpower and technology at our disposal. Until both of these things have been done we have a moral duty to stay.

  24. seeing as it never should have started, yea

  25. yesss. wayyy to long and i dont even get y what they are fighting for.

lets just go our seperate ways and bring the troops home.

the war in iraq is pointless.!

what they did is done now and we should just get over it.
