  1. Wind is caused by temperature differentials.  So anything that warms or cools a part of our atmosphere can have an effect on wind.  But I wouldn't attribute any individual occurrence of wind to global warming.

  2. No, let's start a new fanatical theory...  Let's blame it on nitrogen.....  Yea, that makes more sense, since 78% of the atmosphere is nitrogen and .038% is CO2...

  3. Nothing to do with global warming. Its well known that our euro friends hate us,it is less well known that they have built 2 big machines 1 is a giant rain maker and the other is a hugh wind machine. These are hidden just off the coast of france and are turned on 8days out of 10 to get us back for using our veto in the euro parliament so often........

Go on you really do want to believe this dont you.

  4. No one can ever know.  No doubt this isn't the first time the UK has experienced these types of winds.

If you believe global warming is the cause now, what's to explain the cause when these winds occurred 100 years ago?

Anyone can associate these winds with global warming by wrapping their argument is pseudo scientific jargon, this isn't proof that it's true.

  5. we are all doomed! it has to do with winter& la ninia.
