Has there been a change to California driving laws?

I heard that the new law will restrict Californians from getting a liscene until they are 18, starting for people born after 1994. Is this true?

  1. I just remember that I was told that if I wanted a license before 18, you had to get a provisional license which had certain limitations such as not having other minors in your car and a curfew to when you could drive.


  2. I have not heard this. My sixteen year old just got his license, and my younger child was born in 1994.
