No there's not. You are not allowed to perform any musical or play that is currently on broadway. I don't know why though.

I'd highly doubt it.  Musical scripts are hard to come by when they're currently running on Broadway and you've have to pay a ton of money to get one.

I couldnt find one, but at http://www.allmusicals.com/l/legallyblon... there are all of the lyrics to the songs. Also if you want to see it you can watch the whole thing on youtube. If you watch it, you could always type it yourself...alot of work, but looks like your only choice.
