Has there been a governor of state who has been impeached?

I live in Alaska and Sarah Palin fired Chief Monegan over a family dispute!! I think the B**** should be fired from being gov and she is an example that just because she is a woman people will be afraid to get her out of office. She was put in office because she is a "Hottie!!" I am a woman and a hottie myself so no one can accuse me of jealousy! I voted for the lying B**** and my husband is a political atty and we are ashamed!!! This is a miscarriage of justice!!! IMPEACH SARAH PALIN!!

In answer to your question (instead of your rant), yes, there has been at least one Governor who has been impeached -- that I can remember and it happened only about 20 years ago. I am referring to Gov. Evan Meachum of Arizona.
