Has there ever been WHO's resolution to abolish its GISN?

I heard that Indonesia has succeded in fighting for fair and tranparent process of sharing of influenza vaccines that has been usually controlled by WHO's GISN (Global Influenza Surveillance Network)? Is it true? I mean, has there been already any resolution from WHO to abolish GISN? Has that happened?

  1. No. ther is not any resolution about it. Any way, militaristic countries kkep secret labs to keep the flu and to make it stronger to be use in war).


  2. WHO and GISN might be protecting the rights to the vaccines.
