There has been drivers from Canada, Columbia, Italy, Australia and Mexico but I don't know any from Britain.

I am not completely sure but Boris Said who fills in for teams at the road courses might be British.

according to wikipedia, franchitti is a scottish driver of italian descent, born in bathgate, west lothian, wherever that is. and this year, england's john mickel will be in the truck race at charlotte (he has six previous starts in the ncts).
