Has there ever been a Hall of Famer that has NOT played in a All Star Game?

Since the first All-Star game was in 1933 there were quite a few from the early 1900's that never played in the All Star game.  Cy Young for example.

edit: There have been a lot of Hall of Famers who played after 1933 but got elected as a Manager.  Guys like Sparky Anderson and Tommy LaSorda never played in an All Star game.

I did find that Lloyd Waner played 12 years after the first All Star game but never played in one.  He was on the 1938 team but didn't get into the game.

Abbott and Costello, a comedy duo from the 1940s, 1950s did a baseball comedy routine that landed them in the baseball hall of fame. ("Who's On First" was the name of the routine.) Pretty sure neither of them played ball.
