Has there ever been a Hurricane Justin? If so, when and where did it take place. If not, when is Justin supposed to come up on the list for J.

Up until a few years ago they were all given female names, so I doubt there has been a hurricane Justin.

There has not been a system named Justin, and sorry, Justin is not currently on any of the lists for tropical systems around the world, as you can see here: http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/aboutnames.shtml

Perhaps one day a J name will get retired and be replaced by "Justin".
