Has there ever been a documented case of somebody with the ability to control electricity?

I know that there are people (known as sliders) that claim to be able to control electricity with their minds, but has there ever been a documented case of it?

Claiming and doing are 2 different things.

There are many people out there that claim to have this ability, but studies are limited. There are a lot of magicians out there that do tricks with electricity, so it's hard to say when someone has a genuine ability to do so. I control electricity with the light switch -- works much better.

i have the ability to affect lights, but not to control electricity. In 2002 i found this beautiful place in a valley and they were going to build an estate there. There were no homes there only roads street lights and man made lakes with foot bridges. My sister and i would go down there just after my partner died and i started noticing every time i walked under one of the street lights it would start to flash on and off then id walk to the next one and it to would start going on and off. We got so excited about this that all our friends would come down there to watch this. It would never happen when someone else did it, just me. then all the sprinklers would turn on and off. It was a real buzz. I can do it to other street lights but i have to be highly charged up, like really excited or angry..but yes it does work, and ive had many people watch..I noticed before 2002 i would drive under a street light and it would always blink off, and that was everynight, but never thought anything of it..There was one night i was in my sisters house, and as i was getting ready to leave her bedroom light blinked on and off then when i walked into the lounge that one blinked on and off so did the kitchen light and the front door porch light, everytime as i walked under them from room to room.. Then one of the best ones were when i was in fear of something and my heart was beating so hard, i ran into my sisters other house, she was upstairs in her room, i ran to the stair case and went up half way, the light above the stairs and in the lounge were going off and on like lightening, she got so scared and told me to leave,
