I read the article about how Floyd is a mainstream star, and he is, and its good for the sport. But I really don't think most of his "fans" have even seen him in a boxing match. Boxing fans can appreciate his craft and style (some fights fans still don't like it) but I certainly can not recall a fighter gaining this type of popularity without having a style that a causal sports fan really enjoys....oh wait, now I'm starting to remember how HUGE Pernell Whitaker was, he had some wicked dance moves too....
