Has there ever been a king size box springs instead of two twin?

I have worked for a bedding manufacturer for many years and we have never made a king size box spring.  It would have to be 6'6" x 6'8" and that size would not fit through doors or hallways.  The mattress can be maneuvered more easily and therefore is made as one piece.
